Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for cancellation or return due to hygiene reasons.
